I haven’t gotten round to writing as much as I had planned in the last few days going on weeks. I had the idea about writing posts on the science behind the positive effects of gratitude, hopefully I will manage in the upcoming days- I have found quite a few interesting studies and articles I would love to share with all of you!
For my 30 day challenge I have been using the 5 minute journal app, it gives me the opportunity to write down things I am grateful for in the morning as well as reflect great things that have happened to me during the day and the end of the day! And I can also just add pictures of the things that bring me joy during the day. I have always struggled to keep a journal and have started countless ones of the year which all got abandoned at some point. Hopefully the app with help me build a sustainable gratitude practice- but at the moment I definitely am grateful for it!
